Amauri leaves Torino by mutual consent

One-cap Italy striker Amauri has left Torino after his contract was cancelled on Thursday.

The 35-year-old former Juventus and Parma player, who was born in Brazil, moved to the Stadio Olimpico in September 2014 but struggled to make much of an impact for Toro.

And after he appeared only once in Serie A this season, Torino revealed Amauri had left the club by mutual consent in a statement published on their official website.
