Brandle ready to pass Voigt in the record books

At 5am AEDT on Friday 31 October Matthias Brandle will launch his assault on the new world hour record of 51.115km set by Jens Voigt on 18 September.

The 24-year-old Austrian who rides professionally for the Swiss IAM ProContinental team says that despite racing 10,000km over 61 racing days he remains motivated and has "power left for the hour."
