Italian journalist Luigi Guelpa is reporting that the 48-year-old Manchester City boss has agreed in principle to a deal with the Turin-based team.
“I’ve learned that Pep Guardiola already has reached a verbal agreement with Juventus for the next four years,” Guelpa told Radio CRC.
“It’s the same person who told me that Ronaldo was going to Juventus.”
Juventus' current manager Massimiliano Allegri is expected to move on from the side at the season's conclusion, ending a five-year stint during which he won the Serie A four times.
Juve management is supposedly assessing its options to replace Allegri, with Guardiola sitting atop their wish list.
Guardiola signed a contract with City in February 2016 - the deal made while he was still in charge of Bayern Munich.
The Spaniard saw out the remainder of the season in Munich before taking charge of the Manchester side at the start of their 2016-17 campaign on July 1.
Similarly, a 'verbal agreement' wouldn't impact his position at City until the end of the current season.
