Glory finally accepted Football Federation Australia's (FFA) sanctions on Thursday, meaning the club will not play finals this season.
Given the circumstances, Glory players may have the right to break their contract and walk out on the club at the end of the season.
Lowe hopes that won't happen.
"I don't think there will be a mass exodus," Lowe said. "The players have been superb. They listened, they've worked hard. They might be feeling hurt inside. But hey, we can all be a chameleon."
Perth will be back in action on Sunday when it hosts Melbourne City and Lowe urged everyone at the club to move on from the saga.
"It's a line in the sand. We've actually got an opportunity to move forward now because it's resolved," Lowe said.
"Let's move forward, not back. Let's learn from whatever mistakes have occurred, and put processes in place that allow us to be a better club.
"There's been a lot of hard work that has been undone. But so be it. We believe we can get better and grow. We believe we can do positive things from this."
