Glory is facing the dim prospect of being stripped of its spot in the finals after being issued a second show cause notice relating to alleged salary cap breaches.
The club has until close of business on Wednesday to reply to the allegations, with Football Federation Australia expected to hand down its findings later this week.
Media reports have claimed Glory could be upwards of $400,000 over this season's salary cap.
Perth sits equal top of the table after Monday's 2-0 win over Newcastle Jets.
But Lowe was clearly unimpressed when confronted with more questions about the club's salary cap controversy on Tuesday.
"You don't seem to talk about football. Your glass is always half empty, never half full," Lowe said after touching down at Perth Airport.
"Maybe you lads need to get down to the doctors and take some happy pills and come down and interview us then, and look at all the good things that are going on at this club.
"In 10 years, this is the best season this club has ever had.
"Everyone talks about poor performances, this and that, and whatever.
"People must have been living in the fridge for 10 years, because we've been doing magnificent.
"If you want to talk about Nebo's magnificent strike, or Dino Djulbic's unbelievable performance at centre-back, or Andy Keogh scoring another goal, or us being top of the league, I'm gladly more than happy to speak to you.
"Unfortunately, you don't want to talk about that."
Glory's hopes of pushing for a top-two berth will receive a stern test on Friday night when it hosts fifth-placed Sydney FC at nib Stadium.
