Haas took the third step on the podium behind Eduard Prades (Euskadi-Murias) and Alexey Lutsenko (Astana) after a consistent week of racing in Turkey.
It also followed his strong eighth place finish last month at the one-day classic Grand Prix Cycliste de Québec won by fellow Canberran Michael Matthews.
"The Tour of Turkey for us was super fun," Haas said. "The team performance today was excellent – really all week it was excellent. We end up with two guys in the top ten with me on the podium and I’m very happy about that.
"It was a real highlight for me to see young Fabbro take 8th on GC. For a first-year rider like him, this is a real feather in his cap.
"The guys put a lot of work in and it feels like we’ve put a foot in the right direction as we head toward the 2019 racing season.
Haas continued philosophically "We are well-aware of our short-fallings this season but we know the quality is there and we’re beginning to put those ingredients in the right mix.
"We’re looking forward; we’re not looking back. We have so much class in this team and we’re really hungry for next year.
Bora-hangrohe’s Sam Bennett won the final stage of the Tour of Turkey into Istanbul with a late attack.
