What is the FIFA ASEAN Cup?
Founded in 2026, the FIFA ASEAN Cup is designed to unite national teams from the South of Asia with a high-level and competitive competition.
The tournament will feature two divisions - the Premier Division and Challenge Division - and will each contain two groups, with eight teams in the Premier Division and six teams in the Challenge Division.
Indonesia will host the Premier Division in 2026, while Hong Kong will host the second tier.
Teams in each group will play each other once, with the two group winners progressing to the final while the group runners-up content a third-place playoff.

The Premier Division contains eight teams:
- Indonesia (hosts)
- Vietnam
- Thailand
- Malaysia
- Singapore
- Philippines
- India
- Pakistan
The Challenge Division contains six teams:
- Hong Kong (hosts)
- Myanmar
- Cambodia
- Laos
- Timor Leste
- Brunei
