How to watch the 2025 Critérium du Dauphiné LIVE on SBS

The key lead-up race, the Criterium du Dauphine, will feature again on SBS screens as the preparation for the Tour de France gets into full swing.

All eight stages of the Criterium du Dauphine will be available live and free via SBS and SBS On Demand from June 8-15.

The Critérium du Dauphiné is the traditional lead-up race for the Tour de France, and eyes of cycling fans from around the world will be turned to the French Alps for the 2025 edition to see the top climbers go into battle, with the podium-getters of the most recent French Grand Tour set to go to battle.

This year, fans will be treated to the spectacle of the top Grand Tour cyclists in the world, Tadej Pogacar (UAE Team Emirates-XRG), Jonas Vingegaard (Visma-Lease a Bike) and Remco Evenepoel (Soudal QuickStep), all on the startline.

Between Pogacar and Vingegaard, they hold the last five Tour de France victories, while Evenepoel appears the sole contender that could possibly match them at the world's biggest cycling race, joining the pair on the podium at the 2024 Tour de France.

Grand Tour contenders from the second-tier will also be in the mix at the stage race, with Enric Mas (Movistar), Florian Lipowitz (Red Bull - BORA Hansgrohe), Sepp Kuss, Matteo Jorgenson (both Visma-Lease a Bike), Mattias Skjelmose (Lidl-Trek), Carlos Rodriguez (Ineos Grenadiers), Santiago Buitrago, and Lenny Martinez (both Bahrain Victorious), plus a number of climbers looking to thrust their names into the ranks of riders who can contend for the biggest wins.
