Australian cricket legend Shane Warne has declared his allegiance to Scottish Premiership giants Celtic.

Regarded as one of the greatest cricketers of all time, Warne was seen sporting a Celtic jersey on Friday ahead of a Las Vegas Poker tournament affiliated with shirt sponsors Dafabet.

Home to Socceroos duo Tom Rogic and Daniel Arzani, as well as Leo Mazis, Warne's interest holds weight, with the former star spin bowler even declaring he has "lots of love for them (Celtic)".

Celtic won their eighth straight league title last season, edging arch rivals Rangers by nine points, and will look to continue their dominance next season under Neil Lennon.
