The Netherlands international, who has two goals in two wins since returning to the club, scored a 90th-minute penalty awarded when Cambuur's Erik Bakker handled in the area, after debutant Michiel Kramer gave Feyenoord the lead in the 78th minute with a strong diving header from a counter-attack.
Feyenoord, one of two teams to have won both league games so far this season, trails Eredivisie leader Ajax only on goal difference.
PSV Eindhoven secured its first league victory of the season against FC Groningen after Luciano Narsingh's two goals.
The forward collected an exceptional long-range throughball from team-mate Maxime Lestienne, which split Groningen's defence, before calmly rounding goalkeeper Sergio Padt and placing the host ahead in the eighth minute.
Narsingh scored again, with 13 minutes to play, when his left-footed shot from inside the area curled beyond Padt's reach.
There was also a win for Heracles, which defeated NEC's 10 men by a 3-0 scoreline. The host took the lead after only five minutes when winger Oussama Tannane scored from a powerful, curling free-kick.
Thomas Bruns doubled that lead eight minutes after half-time with a close-range finish when NEC goalkeeper Hannes Halldorsson parried Brahim Darri's effort into his path.
Tannane then played in Wout Weghorst, who produced a routine finish from in front of goal, to make the score 3-0 in the 74th minute and secure all three points. NEC's Marcel Appiah was perhaps harshly sent off, while his team was 2-0 down, when given a straight red card for a strong challenge.
Finally, Heerenveen drew 1-1 at FC Utrecht after a late goal from Luciano Slagveer.
It trailed after a handball from Lucas Bijker gave Utrecht a 41st-minute penalty that Sebastien Haller comfortably converted.
Heerenveen's equaliser came nine minutes from time when Slagveer powerfully finished the rebound from Henk Veerman's saved shot.
