Lingard's Snapchat shows how crazy United's welcome to Upton Park was

LANGUAGE WARNING: Jesse Lingard recorded a series of videos as Manchester United's team bus was pelted with bottles by West Ham United fans before the final ever match at Upton Park.

United’s match with West Ham was delayed by 45 minutes after their bus was unable to navigate its way through the chaos outside Upton Park ahead of the last match at the ground.

Lingard captured the pandemonium on Snapchat, which showed the majority of his team-mates lying on the floor of the bus as bottles crashed against the windows. 

Despite a protective covering being broken, United’s players emerged unscathed.

However, they may have been rattled as Louis Van Gaal's side went on to lose 3-2 much to the home fans’ delight.
