Liverpool unveil kit for 2016-2017 season

Liverpool players were at the city's most famous backdrop to launch the new home kit for the 2016-2017 season.

The new home kit has been inspired by the Club’s fans and features a quote from a former Reds captain who pays homage to their roar on home turf - “There’s no noise like the Anfield noise..” can be found on the inner hem of the jersey.

First team manager Jurgen Klopp said: “This team has the winning mentality and now, with this spectacular new home kit every player will look the part lighting up Anfield.”

The 2016-2017 home kit is finished off with distinctive red shorts, and solid red socks, finished off with the yellow Liver bird crest.

The goalkeeper’s kit, has a Locust green design with black shoulder panels, constructed with engineered Flex fabric panels to offer a greater range of movement.

From the highly breathable fabric to the seam-free construction and the moisture wicking NB Dry technology, this kit offers assurance in the areas that players need it most.”
