General manager Shayne Bannan and the experienced Alvaro Crespi are set to leave the Mitchelton-Scott squad.
Meanwhile, ex-Bahrain-McLaren man Brett Copeland will take over from Bannan as GM, while Darach McQuaid will be elevated to a top role within the team.
Cyclingnews reports that Mitchelton-Scott team owner Gerry Ryan is understood to have told the squad that he will have no further dealings with Manuela Fundacion.
This is despite the recent offer of A$16 million by the Spanish non-governmental organisation to buy the World Tour licence.
It has been reported that both Bannan and Crespi were involved with Manuela Fundacion's failed takeover bid, but Mitchelton-Scott has not publicised this as a reason for their departure.
