The Bianconeri got the better of Milan in the only previous meeting between the two in the 2018/19 competition, winning the crucial away leg 2-1 before a 1-1 draw at home in the second match sealed the victory.
Juventus went on to take the trophy with a 2-1 win over Fiorentina in the final before Milan fell short in the final of last year's competition, losing 3-1 on penalties to Roma.
Safe to say the Coppa Italia has been a tournament of painful recent memories for Milan, and this will surely fuel their desires to buck the trend and topple Juventus this time around to reach the final again.
For Milan, the team from Turin have been their Achilles heel this season - with more losses against Juventus than any other team in all competitions with six, the most recent two coming in the Serie A and Supercoppa final in December 2021 and January 2022 respectively.
This matchup promises to be in a league of its own despite history though, as both sides enter their semi-final with red-hot records in the Coppa Italia.
Milan have only lost one of their last eleven games in the competition, while Juventus are unbeaten in their last fifteen of eighteen matches.
Juventus have the goal-scoring advantage on their side though, with the lethal trio of Agnese Bonfantini, Andrea Stašková and Arianna Caruso netting three goals in the tournament so far while Milan have just the one player with as many goals in Lindsey Thomas.
The odds may be stacked in Juventus' favour, but Milan will be comfortable as the underdog once again which may work in their favour and push them through to a second consecutive Supercoppa final and a chance at an elusive title.
