Neymar parties in Saint-Tropez as PSG debut potentially delayed

Neymar may have to wait until after this weekend to make his debut for PSG after Ligue 1 failed to receive the required paperwork from La Liga. However the Brazilian seemed unfazed as he partied it up in the south of France.

Reports from Spain and France are suggesting that Neymar will not be able to play against Guingamp on Monday morning (AEST) because Ligue 1 was still waiting on his international transfer certificate.

Should the matter not be resolved by Friday next week it is understood FIFA will get involved.

Neymar seemed to be relaxed about the matter as he partied in Saint Tropez on the south coast of France.

The Brazilian recently completed a world record transfer from Barcelona to Paris.
