The jersey features the names of victims from the attacks in a heart-shaped logo on the torso instead of the club sponsor.
Nice have also forgone their traditional red and black colours and will play in white and black, while fans attending have been asked to wear white.
Nice will wear the jersey during their opening match against Stade Rennais FC, who will be fitted in their own unique kit, again displaying the heart logo on the front of the shirt.
There will be a minute's silence at the start of the match with the names of victims also to be honoured
The jerseys will be auctioned off for charity after the match with proceeds from the sale to be donated to the families of the victims.
