Phoenix will become the first New Zealand side to appear in the annual seven-a-side tournament - which includes teams from the EPL, A-League, Chinese Super League, Hong Kong Premier League and La Liga - and is into its 16th year.
"It is a brillliant opportunity to compete against the world’s best and we are very excited to be heading to Hong Kong," Wellington Phoenix General Manager David Dome said.
"The Football United Tour last year showed we could foot it against EPL sides West Ham United and Newcastle United. The team has been putting in some incredible performances lately and this is looking like it could be our best season yet."
Other sides locked in for the 2015 edition are EPL quartet West Ham United, Stoke City, Aston Villa and Leicester City and China's Shanghai SIPG.
Phoenix will take a squad of 10 to Hong Kong for the 29 to 31 May tournament at Hong Kong Football Clubwith the players to be named after the conclusion of the club's 2014-2015 A-League campaign.
