After seeing her first-half spot-kick saved by Nicole Simonsen, the Matildas superstar responded in resounding fashion in the second half to claim the mantle of the W-League's all-time top goalscorer.

Kerr's special double came with the Glory already 2-1 in front courtesy of Alexia Moreno and Katie Naughton, and the 25-year-old added the finishing touch on the win with an assist for Rachel Hill five minutes from full-time.

Slobodan Despotovski's side now sit top of the league as a result, while the Wanderers remain rooted to the foot of the ladder.
