The NBA regular season continues throughout January, as teams attempt to rack up more wins as the All-Star break grows nearer. Aussie stars Patty Mills and Josh Giddey will both be in action on SBS VICELAND, as Mills' Brooklyn Nets take on the LA Clippers on January 2 and Giddey's Oklahoma City Thunder go up against the Dallas Mavericks on January 3.
The two will then meet in a blockbuster matchup for Aussie basketball fans on January 14, not to be missed.
Motorsport fans can also enjoy daily extended highlights from the world's most gruelling endurance race, the Dakar Rally. One-hour highlights from all 12 stages will be available from 9am on SBS On Demand and on SBS from 5pm daily from January 2 through to January 15 with all the best action from the deserts of the middle east.

Cycling buffs can look forward to the 2022 Australian Road National Championships on January 16, as the best homegrown talent go head-to-head in the elite road races. Watch the women's road race from 10am (AEDT) and the men's from 1pm (AEDT) live on SBS and SBS On Demand.
There'll also be highlights from both races showing on SBS the weekend following the event, with women's road race highlights from 3:30pm (AEDT) on January 22 and men's road race highlights from 4:30pm (AEDT) on January 23.
Top football talent will also be on display in January, with the semi-finals and final of the Italian Women's Super Cup and the Spanish men's Super Cup both live on SBS for your round ball fix. Catch both semi-finals of the Italian women's tournament from 12:30am (AEDT) on January 6 and an El-Clasico semi-final of the Spanish tournament between Barcelona and Real Madrid from 5:50am (AEDT) on January 13.
There'll also be figure skating highlights, Speedweek and the FIFA World Cup Magazine show to enjoy along with the multitude of live sports to make January a great one for fans of all things sport on SBS.
