Sagan defies poor positioning to weave path to victory

Stage 1 of the Tour of California was brought to life by amazing weaving effort from world champion Peter Sagan(Tinkoff). Most of the work was done by Katusha and Dimension Data, but it was the world champion that defied poor positioning in the final few hundred metres to overhaul Wouter Wippert (Cannondale) and Dylan Gronewegen (Lotto NL-Jumbo).
