As The World Game reported earlier in the week, Juric had been set to join the club after leaving Western Sydney Wanderers at the end of last season.
Late on Saturday Roda JC confirmed the move on Twitter.
Roda's general manager told the club website: "After weeks of negotiations, we finally managee to contract Tomi Juric for Roda JC - obviously we are delighted. Tomi is a strong attacker that fits with his way of playing with our club."
The 24 year-old passed his medical and will join his new team-mates next week.
He is likely to link up with fellow Australian Daniel De Silva, who is reportedly set to move to the Eredivise side on loan from Roma, as well as former Perth Glory midfielder Rostyn Griffiths, who joined last month.
