WATCH: Best of Barty's French Open road to glory series - in full

Strap yourselves in sport fans, as we'll bring you the best matches from Ashleigh Barty's history-making triumph at the 2019 French Open in just over two weeks' time on SBS and streamed via SBS On Demand.

Barty made history last year by becoming the first Australian woman to win the French Open singles title in 46 years.

And now Australians can relive her road to glory at Roland-Garros, starting Saturday May 30 on SBS and SBS On Demand, as we'll broadcast Barty's final five matches from the 2019 event which united the nation.

While many of the world’s major sporting events are on hold, SBS continues to give fans something to cheer about with a slate of iconic sporting events returning to screens this month, including 10 FIFA World Cup classic matches on SBS and streamed via The World Game website / app and SBS On Demand.

“In these unprecedented times, we’re excited to bring Australians some of the most incredible sporting events from recent years," SBS Director of Sport, Ken Shipp, said.
