WATCH: Contador, Schleck renew old rivalry in China

Alberto Contador and Andy Schleck renewed their fierce rivalry overnight, going head-to-head at the Ride like a Pro event in China.

The pair took part in the two-day amateur Giro d'Italia event and swapped their bikes for a child's equivalent, much to the delight of the local crowd.

Contador got off to a fast start on the flat terrain and held on for a comprehensive victory over his old foe, who struggled to adjust his taller frame to the tiny toy.

The light-hearted event will do little to affect the pair's history, however, perhaps most known for Schleck's 2010 Tour de France triumph after Contador was disqualified for doping.
