Daniel Sanders survived a torridly brutal third stage, accumulating enough time bonuses to finish third for the day and retain the lead in the General Classification. David Brock made good progress up the Rally2 leaderboard with a solid ride, whilst Toby Price sacrificed his chances of a stage win to help Toyota Gazoo Racing teammate, Seth Quintero.
