Five years after bursting onto the scene aboard a factory GasGas, Daniel 'Chucky' Sanders achieves the ultimate dream of winning the biggest and most demanding rally raid event in the world. The Victorian led home Australia's Dakar challenge, of which there were five entries and only three made it to the end. Along with Sanders, Mildura's Toby Hederics and Melbourne's Peter and Christopher Schey all made it to the finish line in Shubaytah.
