Blue Ivy Carter - daughter of Beyoncé and Jay-Z has been revealed as the narrator of an audiobook adaptation of Hair Love.
The five-minute Sony Animation project, made by Matthew A. Cherry, first used crowd-funding to get off the ground before becoming a book, and won an Oscar for best short animation in February this year.
Cherry tweeted a link and sample of the audio of the children's book based on the film - narrated by eight-year-old Carter and illustrated by Vashti Harrison.
According to the film's synopsis, Hair Love "centres around the relationship between an African-American father, Stephen, his daughter, Zuri and her hair."
It continues: "Despite having long locks, Stephen has been used to his wife doing his daughter’s hair, so when she is unavailable right before a big event, Stephen will have to figure it out on his own. This sounds simple enough, but we soon come to find that Zuri’s hair has a mind of its own."
Fans were excited.
Cherry is also reported to be making a new animated series based on the family's adventures for American cable channel HBO titled Young Love.
