Nothing like a flash-mob in Chipotle to make a day special.

Fashion designer Marc Jacobs has proposed to his long-term boyfriend, underwear model, candle-making entrepreneur, and occasional actor Charly Defrancesco.

Jacobs took to social media this morning, sharing a video of himself dropping down on one knee at US Mexican fast food restaurant Chipotle and asking Defrancesco to be his husband. The surprise proposal took place following an arranged flash mob set to Prince’s song "Kiss".

“And this happened … ‘Charly Defranscesco will you marry me?’” Jacobs wrote in the video's caption. “Thank you everyone for making this happen… and to my ride or die fiancé @CharlDefrancesco I love you.”

Defrascesco reposted the same video on his Instagram, calling his special moment the "all time gag".

54-year-old Jacobs has been dating Defranscesco since 2015 and previously described him as the love of his life.

Fittingly, the proposal took place of Defrascesco's birthday.
