While Sarah Paulson won't be returning to the American Horror Story, set for its ninth season, a bunch of fresh faces will be leaving their mark on the popular Ryan Murphy series.
The TV heavyweight took to social media this morning to announce the cast for American Horror Story: 1984, which includes gay Winter Olympian Gus Kenworthy in some, er, inspiring 1980's attire.
Uploading a short video to Instagram, the new season's teaser is set to Dan Hartman’s 1984 hit 'I Can Dream About You' and showcases the new cast rocking "amazing 80s lewks" while hamming it up for a camera test.
The cast also includes Emma Roberts and Pose star Angelica Ross.
While Kenworthy is yet to prove his acting abilities on-screen, we have a sneaking suspicion that next year's Sydney Mardi Gras might see a few Gus-inspired mid-rift 80s looks.
Filming for AHS: 1984 begins this week.
