Except RuPaul has not already done had herses - the supermodel of the world and Emmy Award-winning reality host is still going from strength to strength after a career spanning more than three decades.
Now, it's been announced that J.J. Abrams' production company, Bad Robot, has teamed up with reality production company World of Wonder (who produce RuPaul's Drag Race) to create a fictional version of RuPaul's life.
The dramedy television series will cover RuPaul's rise, from infamous '80s club kid to famous drag queen, to a gay icon, to a global star and reality television host.
RuPaul is originally from San Diego and studied performing arts as a young man in Atlanta, but moved to New York City in the 80s. The television series will focus on what the Reagan era was like in 1980s NYC, where RuPaul became a well-known icon in the nightclub scene.
The show has a incredibly impressive lineup of producers and executive producers: J.J. Abrams and Ben Stephenson from Bad Robot, Fenton Bailey, Randy Barbato and Tom Campbell from World of Wonder, and RuPaul himself.
The series is expected to be taken to the marketplace shortly.
