Lisa Kudrow has revealed she felt like a 'mountain' next to her Friends co-stars Courteney Cox and Jennifer Aniston and was chronically sick because of being underweight.

The actress, who won an Emmy award and two SAG awards for her much-loved role as Phoebe Buffay, made the comments in speaking with Marc Maron on the WTF podcast, the Independent reported.

“You see yourself on TV and it’s that: ‘Oh my god, I’m just a mountain of a girl,’” Kudrow said. “I’m already bigger than Courteney and Jennifer - bigger, like my bones feel bigger.

"Unfortunately for a woman, if you’re underweight you look good,” Kudrow said. “And that’s all I ever got.

“And when I was too thin, I was sick all the time. Cold, sinus infection, some kind of flu. I was always sick.”

Kudrow, who appeared on the hit American sitcom for 10 seasons, says she has come to gradually accept herself and her body as she has matured.

“Then I just go ‘Alright. So what? You’re older. That’s a good thing. Why is that a bad thing?” she said.
