It might not be the new album Rihanna fans have been so desperately waiting for since 2016, but it's something - and they're still here for it.

Pop superstar and beauty/lingerie entrepreneur Rihanna has announced that she'll be releasing a coffee table book, which she refers to as a 'visual autobiography', titled Rihanna.

According to Rolling Stone, the hardcover book includes over 500 pages and 1,000 'intimate' photographs, exploring Rihanna's “life as a musician, performer, designer, and entrepreneur.”

“I am so excited to share this collection of incredible images," Rihanna wrote on social media, alongside a trailer for the book.

"I’m very grateful to the talented photographers and artists who contributed," she continued.

"We’ve been working on the book for over five years and I’m really happy to be able to finally share it with everybody.”

While it hasn't been released yet, the book is already hot property.

According to Vulture, Rihanna super-fan Cardi B recently forked out $111,000 for an ''exclusive signed copy' of the book, bidding on the item as part of Rihanna's annual Diamond Ball.

A signed copy of the book won't come cheap for those of us who aren't Cardi B, either.

Arriving signed and with a cast-resin tabletop bookstand, Rihanna: Luxury Supreme will cost cashed-up fans $5,550.

However, there's also a regular non-signed edition, which will set you back just $150.

Regardless of price, fans are eagerly anticipating the latest offering - mere weeks after her second Fenty X Savage New York Fashion Week show.
