Sissy that Hollywood Walk of Fame! Mama Ru will be quite literally cemented in history next month, with the drag superstar lined up to receive one of Hollywood's greatest honours - a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame.
According to a request from the Hollywood Chamber of Commerce, the host and creator of RuPaul's Drag Race will have her star installed on Friday, March 16th, the day after the finale for RPDR All Stars 3.
The star will be located at 6652 Hollywood Boulevard, outside the offices of World of Wonder, the production company for RuPaul’s Drag Race.
Other stars nearby belong to Leonard Nimoy, George Takei, and former RPDR guest judge Debbie Reynolds.
Considered the most commercially successful drag queen in the United States, RuPaul has received two Emmy Awards for RuPaul's Drag Race and was last year included in the annual Time 100 list of the world's most influential people.
