A handwritten letter between brothers is going viral for all the right reasons.

The note, shared by openly gay Twitter user and New Jersey local Erick Endres, shows his 21-year-old brother accepting him for who he is.

"Erick, I just want to let you know that I love you," the letter reads.

"We don’t have time in this life to be sad or hide who we really are because before you know it, it could be too late.

The touching note continues: "Love whoever you want, just love hard. I support and will support you in any way possible. I know we’re not the closest, but I just wanna let you know that I know and I don’t care because it doesn’t change you as a person.

"So if you ever need to get anything off your chest, I’m right here. You don’t have to find your identity alone!

The letter, which has amounted close to 6,000 'likes', concludes with: "I love, I care, and I support you, Erick. Love, Sean."

It's safe to say the written exchange moved the internet's cold, dead heart.

"Wow, that is so beautiful!" One Twitter user wrote in response.

"Thanks for sharing, it's nice to see something so supportive, especially from family."
