It's not just the skills and knowledge they bring with them – or the challenges thrown up by the unfamiliar Arctic environment of Sápmi, Finland – that will determine who lasts longest in the gruelling challenge of Alone Australia season 4. A decision they make before the challenges even begin could make or break their chances.
Ten new trailblazing participants will push themselves to the limit, stranded in the freezing cold and relentless darkness, completely and utterly alone.
Along with a strict and limited clothing allowance and a basic first aid / safety pack, each participant can bring with them just 10 items chosen from a master list.

Alone Australia S4 premieres with a double episode Wednesday July 15 at 7.30pm on SBS and SBS On Demand.
All episodes will be available with subtitles in Simplified Chinese, Traditional Chinese, Arabic, Vietnamese and Korean, and with audio description for blind or vision-impaired audiences.
