An adorable childrens\' film.

The animation doesn\'t break any new grounds, but it\'s effective enough.

It\'s, no surprise, an underwater adventure when three children - Fly, his baby sister Stella and cousin Chuck - find themselves changed into various forms of aquatic creatures after swallowing a potion devised by a crazy professor - voiced by Terry Jones - who wants humans to be adaptable to living underwater in an ecologically endangered future. The children have 48 hours to find one another and then find the antidote potion to be able to become human again. But a pilotfish Jo, Alan Rickman, has found the antidote and is really enjoying building an empire for himself. This Danish-produced film, directed by Michael Hegner and Stefan Fjeldmark, is sweet and cute, but certainly only suitable for very young audiences. The animation doesn\'t break any new grounds, but it\'s effective enough.
