Bob Kane was the man who was credited as creating Batman. But as comic fans know, that's not the real story. While Kane certainly created elements of Batman (mostly the name and the idea of a man dressing as a bat to fight crime), almost everything that fans love about the character came from the creative mind of Bill Finger. In recent years, Finger's name has been added to the credits of all things Batman.
This week on Batman has a special treat - a two-part episode written by Bill Finger himself. While that's kind of interesting, the more interesting aspect of the episode is that Finger wrote an episode featuring a bad guy not from Batman's rogues gallery, but rather used a villain from the Green Arrow comics - The Clock King.

We detail the differences between the characters and the evolution of Green Arrow to his modern day role on his own TV series Arrow.
