To celebrate the weird and wonderful Eurovision Song Contest, we present weird and wonderful film facts about this year's finalist countries.

Nico Mastorakis' first bigscreen effort was the hit 1978 film, The Greek Tycoon, with Anthony Quinn and Jacqueline Bisset, on which he received a story credit. But his ambition began writing cheques his talent couldn't cash, and the ex-journo with an eye for the salacious descended into 80s VHS-led ignominy with such blandly titillating generic shelf-fillers as Sky High, Terminal Exposure, Ninja Academy, Nightmare at Noon and his most renowned opus, Glitch!. He turned his directing skill to the small screen, where his talent was better utilised creating set-ups for a rejuvenated Greek version of Candid Camera, though the YouTube boom soon killed that off. His final film, fittingly, was entitled .com for Murder.
