The film is jam packed with wall-to-wall gags and movie references suported by some really clever animation. Where else would you see Roger Corman directing the latest Batman movie, Bugs and Daffy running amok in the Louvre entering Edvard Munch's The Scream and other famous paintings, and an all star 50's scifi lineup - featuring virtually every creature from the glory days of monster-movies, from This Island Earth, Fiend Without A Face, Robby the Robot - there's even a guest appearance from Kevin McCarthy clutching a pod from his Invastion Of The Body Snatchers days. The in-jokes seldom let-up; I had a ball, although it does slightly overstay its welcome.
