A Beauty and the Beast producer has given fans a glimpse of what they can expect when the live-action version of the Disney fairy tale hits cinemas next year.
Jack Morrissey has shared a series of behind the scenes snaps on Facebook, and while there isn’t a look at the Belle of the ball, Dan Stevens is seen for the first time as the prince – before he turns beastly.
The designs for Lumière and Cogsworth, played by Ewan McGregor and Ian McKellen, were also revealed alongside a warning from Morrissey that the looks “are close but may not be final”.
Luke Evans meanwhile, who plays the muscular Gaston, appears twice - once alongside Josh Gad as LeFou and then while dancing with an unnamed actress.
The images come over a year after filming first began but little has still been seen of the set, even the official trailer gives very little away.
Fans may be able to glean a little more from another sneak peak which is due to be released next month to coincide with the 25th anniversary of the animated Disney original.
The film is slated for release in Australia on March 23, 2017. In the meantime you can watch the trailer here:
