Tim Story directs this new mismatched buddy comedy, putting more formula in the tank than fuel. Queen Latifah plays a speed obsessed NY cabbie, and Jimmy Fallon is a hopeless loser cop. They come together to thwart an all girl gang of bank robbers. The only moment of brightness is Ann Margaret as Jimmy?s alcoholic soaked mother. As for the rest of the film it ran out of laughs the moment the meter started running.
