Chingiz was born in Moscow and moved to Qazax in Azerbaijan, a city of just 20,000 people, when he was 6 years old. He learned to play the guitar and started composing his own songs while still a young boy.
Chingiz won the Azerbaijani version of Pop Idol, and the victory turned him into a rising star in the Azerbaijani music industry, and he later took part in The Voice Ukraine.
