Swede Victor Crone will represent Estonia at the 2019 Eurovision Song Contest in Tel Aviv.
In 2015 Victor competed in Melodifestivalen, the Swedish national final for the Eurovision Song Contest, alongside Swedish-Iranian rapper Behrang Miri with the song Det rår vi inte för, making it to the second chance round. In 2017 he had a big hit alongside Swedish-Norwegian duo Tungevaag & Raaban with the song Coming Up, which has been streamed over 18 million times on Spotify.
Victor feels his song Storm should be open to the interpretation of the listener, but describes it as a song about: "weathering hard times – and knowing that they will eventually come to an end."
Victor says that representing Estonia is a huge honour that he does not take lightly. He is currently based in Estonia and is challenging himself to learn one new Estonian word every day.
