From the producers of Stranger Things comes a world where all the kids have died from a mysterious disease except a surviving two per cent.

But hold on to your smashed avo young adults and your franking credit rebates everyone else, that two per cent has developed super powers.
And Amandla Stenberg's character (Rue from The Hunger Games) 16-year-old Ruby escapes her internment camp - where the super children are being held, natch - joins some other kids on the run initially to find safe haven, but they all ultimately realise they've got to step up to take control of their future.
The ones who changed. will change everything.
Adapted from Alexandra Bracken's YA novel by Chad Hodge, comes Jennifer Yuh Nelson's (Kung Fu Panda 2 and 3) live-action directorial debut.

The film also stars Mandy Moore and Gwendoline Christie and will hit Australian cinemas 2 August.
