Tilda Swinton is the brains behind a new scientific hybrid being, in the teaser trailer for Okja, the new creature feature Korean filmmaker Bong Joon-ho (The Host, Snowpiercer).

The film follows the epic journey of Mija (Seo Hyun An), a young girl who must risk everything to prevent a powerful, multi-national company from kidnapping her best friend - a massive animal named ‘Okja’.

Swinton stars with Jake Gyllenhaal, Paul Dano, Bill Nighy, Kelly MacDonald and Daniel Henshall.

Few details are known about the film, which premieres on Netflix on June 28, but Henshall revealed information about his character, and Okja the "genetically modified superpig",  in a recent interview with SBS culture podcast, The Playlist.
