Slovenian Ana Roš will be in Melbourne next week where she will be presented with the title The World's Best Female Chef 2017. In this very interesting interview, she spoke about how she started on her culinary journey and what this award means to her and her restaurant 'Hiša Franko' in Kobarid, which this year is amongst the top 100 World's Best Restaurants.
