Entrepreneur and Kathmandu founder Jan Cameron says she is not disappointed by her failure to win a seat on the board of troubled infant formula supplier Bellamy's.
Two other rebels, Rodd Peters and Chan Wai-Chan, were voted onto the board at Tuesday's extraordinary shareholder meeting, which was preceded by the resignation of chairman Rob Woolley and director Launa Inman.
Directors Michael Wadley and Charles Sitch were dumped at the meeting in Melbourne, but director Patria Mann survived a move to unseat her.
Asked by reporters if she were disappointed on not getting a board seat, Ms Cameron insisted she was not unhappy at the outcome.
"No, because I think the incoming directors will actually be better than me, and the appointments they will make in the future will be more suited to the company's requirements," Ms Cameron said.

Ms Cameron said the old Bellamy's board had fallen down on making good commercial decisions.
She said the new directors should get a plan in place to turn the company around within a month.
The Tasmania-based company has endured a massive plunge in share price and faces a shareholder class action after it flagged a significant drop in sales in China and twice downgraded its full-year earnings forecast.
