SBS Arabic24 spoke to Algerian journalist Hadda Hazam to discuss the future scenarios and potential candidates to run for president after the resignation of Abdelaziz Bouteflika. Hazam believes Bouteflika should have directed his apology to the mothers of Algerian youth who drowned after attempts to illegally migrate to Europe.
