'Australia is a dry continent': Dr Jamal Rizk

Ecologist and lecturer at Western Sydney University, Dr Jamal Rizq, said in an interview with Good Morning Australia that it's crucial to follow the new water use restrictions because Australia is water-poor and if the drought persisted, level 2 and 3 of the restrictions could come into effect.
