Coptic Catholic Patriarch of Alexandria on his first visit to Australia commented on Pell's sentence.
Coptic Catholic Patriarch of Alexandria, Ibrahim Isaac is currently on a visit to Australia to inaugurate the very first Coptic Catholic Church in Australia and specifically in the suburb of Prospect in Western Sydney. Isaac spoke to SBS Arabic24 about the sentence of Cardinal George Pell and assured the strong stance of the church against predators. However, he also called on media outlets to wait for the final appeal and pointed out Cardinal Pell is also a victim.
