Egypt has declared a three month state of emergency following two deadly bomb attacks on Coptic Christians which have left more than 40 people dead. The self proclaimed Islamic State group says its militants had targetted worshippers celebrating Palm Sunday. Pope Francis, who is due to visit Egypt later this month condemned the attacks. An explosion at St George's Coptic church in Tanta,north of Cairo, killed 29 people. Hours later, a blast outside St Mark's Coptic church in Alexandria left 16 dead. Pope Tawadros the second had been inside the church in Alexandria at the time but was unhurt.Good Morning Australia interviewed Egyptien correspondent Mohamad Shazili who said that the second attack was meant to kill The Coptic Pope.Lets hear his coverage in this live interview aith co-hosts Sylva Mezher and ghassan Nakhoul
